1、 High chromium made new thickened abrasion resistant blow bar. Unique tooth counter liner, strong rigidity and anti-wearing.


2、  It has function of shape forming. Finished products are in the shape of cubic, thence with big bulk density. 

       Discharge size can be adjusted with simplified process.


3、  Designed with heavy-duty rotor. Strict testing methods during its processing ensures the rigidity of the rotor. 

        Unique fixing method solved the problem of replacing hammer plate whenever needed. 

        Accordingly, production time is ensured and maintenance time is shortened.


4、  Low and wide designed feed opening makes it easy for feeding big material and layout of production line. 

        It is easy to operate and maintain. Selective crushing can be reached.


5、  Square type designed lining plate ensures the interchangeability of each other. 

       Pull-ring design makes it convenient and less time consuming for disassemble and replacing of wearing parts. 

        The thickness of the lining plate is 50mm, service life of which is 2.5 times more than that of ordinary one with thickness of 20mm only.


6、 Multi-function hydraulic station equipped makes it possible for quick discharge gap adjustment with just one-button and convenient maintenance 

      through full hydraulic cavity opening. The ordinary version can open part of the cavity only, which makes it inconvenient for maintenance and

      requires manual adjustment of the discharge gap, which cost more time and energy.
