It combines the latest technology of the field with that of foreign technology absorbed during our research and development. Thanks to the unique thin oil station lubrication and PLC control system applied, dynamic infinite adjustment of the gap between the crushing chambers can be realized. Different from the traditional type, sing cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is more intelligent, convenient and fast. It has very simple and impact structure. Functions of automatic discharge adjustment, iron flowing prevention and chamber clearance can all be achieved through the design of the single cylinder at its bottom. None of structure for reaching above three main functions is installed externally. Variety of the chambers is available in this kind of crusher, it can be used for either coarse or fine crushing respectively. 1. Large output, bigger feeding size

Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher provides automatic overload protection, and can be equipped with intelligent and automatic discharge

adjustment system.

The intelligent control system can help the user to keep full feeding and reach maximum lamination crushing. Designed with high swing frequency,

large inclination and steep slope, it has bigger inlet and gives 40% more throughput than that of ordinary cones but with low energy consumption per unit.

2. Hydraulic protection

The hydraulic adjusting system will automatically lower the main shaft to protect the crusher in case of metallic or non-crushable particle are fed.

After the elimination procedure, it automatically restore the original setting to provide overload protection.

This system will compensate the wearing of the crushing cavity, which reduces labor cost.

3. Live remote intelligent automation

The single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is equipped with intelligent control system and touch screen operation interface.

This makes it possible to remotely control and live monitoring the size of the crusher's discharge port, and thence adjust the discharge setting

without stopping.

This assures 24 hours automatic running with best performance.
