Sand washer is a high efficient washing equipment and usually can be used together with sand maker in domestic gravel industry. It is a machine which we improved with the adoption of advanced technology at home and abroad after so many years of practice. It is widely used in the industry which needs classification, removal of impurity, and dehydration of sand through washing. Such as artificial sand plant, washing and removing mud of river sand, building material and hydropower, concrete dam site, chemical, metallurgy and etc.
We have two series of the sand washer, XSD and LS series. XSD sand washer is a bucket wheel type washing equipment. It improves sand quality through washing out of stone powder and impurity from the artificial sand. LS sand washer is washing and dehydrating through pushing sand spirally by the helix head put in the sedimentation tank formed by three barriers plate under water tank of the machine. It needs to be tilted at a certain degree of angle when installed. It can also be used for grading operations in the metallurgical industry.
