SANYYO multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher mainly consists of framework, transmission, eccentric motion assembly, bowl-type bearings, cone of crushing, wall of crushing, concave, supporting sets, hydraulic control system, hydraulic protection system, dust ring, allocation disk, hydraulic station for adjusting discharge port and other components. Material is extruded, grinded and crushed within the crushing chamber during the circulation of close and away of crushing wall from concave when spindle is periodically swirling along the axis driven by the motor. Besides function of insurance, insurance tank can also remove the blocked material from crushing chamber automatically by lift up the support sleeve and fixed cone with its hydro cone crusher system when the machine is blocked by either iron or overload of material during operation. This way of troubleshooting without opening the machine effectively lowered maintenance frequency and improved production efficiency.
