SANYYO CHS & CHX series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a high efficiency cone crusher. It combines the latest technology of the field with that of foreign technology absorbed during our research and development. Thanks to the unique thin oil station lubrication and PLC control system applied, dynamic infinite adjustment of the gap between the crushing chambers can be realized. Different from the traditional type, hydraulic cone crusher is more intelligent, convenient and fast. It has very simple and impact structure. Functions of automatic discharge adjustment, iron flowing prevention and chamber clearance can all be achieved through the design of the single cylinder at its bottom. None of structure for reaching above three main functions is installed externally. Variety of the chambers is available in this kind of crusher, it can be used for either coarse or fine crushing respectively. It is applied for crushing high hardness rock or stone with high abrasiveness in the industry of metallurgy, construction, road, chemical, building materials and etc.
